Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of our products being health-related and consumable, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been dispatched and delivered.

Replacement Eligibility (Limited Exception)

We offer a replacement only in the following situations:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product was damaged during transit

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a replacement request, customers must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that shows:

  • The sealed outer package

  • The shipping label

  • The complete unboxing process (no cuts, pauses, or edits)

Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Reporting Timeline

  • Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for replacement

Product Condition

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Health or personal-care products once delivered

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Orders without valid proof of purchase

  • Issues related to personal preference or expected results

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If a replacement is approved due to a dispatch error or transit damage, it will be shipped at no additional cost.
